We, the family of Sheldon (Shelly) Boutilier are asking for your support to help change the laws of our Canadian Justice System. Our family is writing this out of clear frustration at the Justice system and how it is unfair. Our brother, uncle, and friend Sheldon Boutilier who was mentally challenged was brutally murdered in his own home by Herbert John Hawkins who is incarcerated but was recently granted an 8 hr escorted pass to visit his grandmothers grave. The family of Sheldon feels that this should NOT be allowed. This is a privilege that Hawkins should not have been granted. The parole board considered this 8 hour leave as "compassionate." Where was his compassion when he murdered Shelly? If you agree with the family of Shelly, please put your signature if you are in favor of stepping forth in changing the Canadian Justice System so called "rights" for the criminal. What about the victims rights? This will be sent to the minister of justice and anybody else on parliament who will make a difference.
The past few days have been draining but we are finally closing in on one thousand signatures. Please take a moment to post this link on your personal social media feeds so we can hit that mark before we contact the minister. We are exhausted by this process but we refuse to let Shelly be forgotten.

The exhaustion is setting in but we are nearly at one hundred signatures. Please send this link to anyone you know so we can show them how many people demand actual justice for Shelly.
