On March 02, 2010, the Government of Clayton County Georgia, illegally deployed a swat team and officers from three different law-enforcement agencies within Clayton County to the home of Lady Shellielle Youhoing- Nanan. Despite the fact she had committed no crime and had no prior infractions with the law. The pregnant activist called 911 frantically for over half an hour for assistance. She was threatened by 911 dispatchers, who eventually told her not to call back. The paramedics were extremely cruel and denied her services which could have saved the life of her unborn child. As a result of this failure, the officers who were illegally deployed to Activist Youhoing home were able to break down her front door without a warrant, brutally attacked activist Youhoing and murdered her unborn child. She named the deceased fetus "Baby Angel". Activist Youhoing was tortured, held repeatedly at gun point, photographed naked in front of her children, suffocated, thrown to the ground until she started bleeding from the private area. One of the officers at the crime scene trampled on her head with his combat boot, and forced his knee into her back while she laid unresisting on her bedroom floor. In further violation of state and federal law her teenage son, who was present during the ordeal, was manhandled, held at gun point, forced under duress to give his identifying information to the officers. This information was later used by the police and the prosecution to frame him with fraudulent obstruction charges. After this brutal ordeal was over, activist Youhoing was dragged out of her home against her will, taken to a nearby hospital bare foot and naked in the cold. She was hand cuffed to a hospital bed. She was left hemorrhaging and deprived of medical attention for hours. Sediments of the unborn fetus came out at the hospital and were disposed of without documentation. Activist Youhoing was released that same night and taken to jail in critical condition; she was given no medication for the pain and was given nothing to absorb the bleeding. She was incarcerated and locked in a prison cell with an inmate who exhibited erratic behaviors, which left her in constant fear for her safety. Activist Youhoing who is severely anemic was deprived of food, water, as well as medical treatment. There was no place to take a shower for days. She was forced to inhale stale blood from her miscarriage when resulted in her fainting numerous times. She survived this deadly attack against her life only by the grace of God. The day after her incarceration on March 03, 2010, another battalion of officers returned to searched the interior of her home. However, when nothing illegal was found they entered her back yard and confiscated all the animals in her back yard. Later, she received a letter demanding the sum of $1,800.00 or else they would murder all the animals. The fate of the animals is unknown at this time. Officers at the crime scene filed numerous fraudulent incident reports to cover up the murder of Activist Youhoing's unborn child. They attempted to assassinate she and her son. Despite the fact Activist Youhoing was taken to the hospital by the police and it is documented that she was pregnant and suffered a miscarriage. Clayton County law-enforcement told the media that Activist Youhoing was never pregnant and further conspires with the hospitals also the private doctor who treated her to cover up their crimes. Despite the fact that Activist Youhoing has filed numerous complaints with internal affairs division for the police and sheriff departments, district attorney, and attorney General for the state of Georgia, no investigation has been conducted into the murder of her unborn child. There seem to be a maze of conspiracy not only at the state level but federal level as well. Activist Youhoing filed numerous complaints with Attorney General Eric Holder's office and called upon President Obama to ensure that an investigation is conducted into this matter. But to date, no response has been received from either President Obama or Attorney General Holder. Rather than charging the officers with murder and other crimes. Activist Youhoing (the victim) was framed, and currently on trial in Clayton County state court. Activist Youhoing has been indicted on 15 counts of fraudulent charges that carries 15 years in prison and fifteen thousand dollars in fines. Activist Youhoing is accused of refusing to voluntarily open her door and allowed the officers to enter. However, these officers stated in their incident reports, that they did not have a warrant to enter her home. Investigations reveal that Activist Youhoing and her unborn child, who are of foreign descent, were victims of several hate crimes on March 02, 2010. The intended purpose of this illegal raid was to Murder Activist Youhoing however, her unborn child suffered the brutal consequence with his life. Investigation revealed that one a major at the Clayton County police department is the main conspirator in this murder. He targeted the activist and used her mail carrier to gain private information from the post office in order to carry out the deadly murder plot. Investigations reveal that this officer has a long history of racial misconducts, racial profiling, targeting blacks, foreigners, and minorities. The investigations also shows that this major was the subject of internal affairs investigation for misconduct back in 2009. Investigations further reveal that this major is a known racist. He calls Black men boys, in the past has referred to black men who owns barbershops as criminals, setting illegal traps and road blocks for Mexicans and other foreigners, targeting people wearing President Obama t-shirts when he goes out on raids. He even went as far as calling President Obama a clown and used the police frequency radio (channel 13) to call Black people whom showed up late for drug deals clowns who "needed a Mickey mouse watch to tell times." Investigation further reveal that on the morning leading up to the murder, this major was on Activist Youhoing's street for hours setting up surveillance and tracking every movement at her home, before calling down swat team and officers to murder the activist. Further investigation into this case revealed that the sheriff officer who is responsible for holding Activist Youhoing at gun point, forcing his knees in her back and brutally murdered her unborn child has a history of committing hate crimes. The evidence revealed that this is not the first time that sheriff officer has committed murder and never held to account. According to documents obtained by Activist Youhoing, the officer had murdered a lieutenant in cold blood years ago, and was never prosecuted. However, he was allowed to remain an employee with the sheriff department and became second in command to former Sheriff Victor Hill, where he embezzled tens of thousands of dollars of tax payers’ money. Investigation reveals that Sheriff Hill fired that officer, who was later rehired by the incoming sheriff, Sheriff Kim Kimbrough. However, after the murder of Activist Youhoing's unborn child Sheriff Kimbrough once again protected that officer by helping him to resign early. Aiding and abetting him by concealing murder and evading the law, once again. The prosecution and the district attorney are aware of these crimes yet they continue to fraudulently prosecute Activist Youhoing and fail to prosecute the officers involved. These are type of illegal practices, murdering an innocent unborn child, violence against women and children, racial profiling, "Jim Crow" and malicious fraudulent prosecution at the hands of our law-enforcement conducted in Clayton County Georgia. Our judicial system has no place in today's modern society for these types of heinous acts by people who are hired to uphold the law. This is not Afghanistan, Pakistan or apartheid in South Africa; this is the United States of America. The time has come when our government must be held accountable duty to protect the American people. We must take a stand, not six months or a year from now but now.
