Shed Amendment

I would agree that with some guidelines and common since a shed should be an available option.

I respect the right of others to put up a shed if needed, but I do think there needs to be parameters that guide its make up and location so it doesn't, for example, restrict a neighbor's view of their pond.

Sheds placed in the backyard will barely be visible from the street, very silly that this is currently not allowed.

We would be fine with sheds, however, after hearing opinions at the annual meeting in December, I don't think getting these signatures will be as easy as you think. You might have to go door to door.
