I have stopped going to Shaws after 10 year's The products have change and cannot find The items which I need. I stop for basic items, There is no bakery at all and the produce is no good. I now go to Hannoford's. It is too bad I miss the old store. I also shop more at Macs . Service is better. And they have much better selection.

We have basically stopped shopping here unless it is for basic items. The fresh produce is of such poor quality and so inconsistent. We now stop each weekend at the Waterbury store on the way into town. There is no comparison to the Stowe store. Thank goodness for the independent smaller stores in Stowe.

What a money grab, its quite obvious that they are catering strictly to the tourist trade .

The store has no variety anymore. I dont understand what they did or why they did it, but we dont go in anymore. It is a waste of time, and i would rather drive the round trip to Morrisville where at least I get a good choice of products. The Management of Shaws really put their Stowe store into the minor leagues.

The new arrangement is awful. Shaws management turned what was a nice compact user friendly easy to find stuff full service market into glorified gas station mini mart.

your store has been a problem forever. Most people cringe to have to go there. I have stopped going there for at least 3-4 years. Macs supermarket is a way better experience. As far as I remember the deli service was terrible. You would have to track someone down or scream to get someone's attention. Lousy lousy lousy. I have been living in stowe for 30 years. Hannafords, what a pleasure.

We don't shop there anymore since February when they took away the variety and choice products. Went three times, didn't find things we needed -- and now go elsewhere.

We rent a condo in Stowe for the entire summer. I think that the local store is very poor, and has nowhere near the selection and choice of other markets in the area. We don’t enjoy shopping there, because we always end up having to go elsewhere for half our needs.

The shaws in Stowe is a very big disappointment. We come to Stowe most every weekend and always did our grocery shopping there. But since they re-engineered the store, we find that many products we used to buy are no longer on the shelves, and the new layout of the aisles is not very user friendly. We now go elsewhere to shop, and whats worse is that no matter how much we complain in the store, no issues are being addressed. Adios Shaws....hello Price Chopper.

After the new layout and the change in stocking policy our family shops at hannafords where we can find the products we want in the quantities we need

We are supplementing our grocery shopping at PC etc to buy what we want. I ask the powers at allow the local managers choose to have what the clients want. Shaws Waterbury is great but a pain to get to.

The store is no longer fun to shop in, abd I can never fund a thing. Worst is, that Shaws is not fully addressing the problems. We now get what we need either in Morrisville at the Hannafords or Price Chopper

Very disappointed with the stire. They removed all variety, and the new layout makes it difficult to find stuff. Even after 6 months, I am still having trouble. I now get what I need at Macs Market. Much better selection.

Shaws used to be a great store but now is missing many products and quality has deteriorated over the last year. Is the plan to close it? It seems to be dirtier and less stocked than in the past. Will need to start shopping elsewhere if this continues. why would this be in a booming resort town?
