The City Council finally listened and decided against the ban on our hills. My kids can keep riding their boards safely in town because of the pressure you helped me apply. I am staying vigilant to ensure these rules remain fair for everyone in the future.

Seeing this kind of energy for our local hills feels like a massive win for our community. I grew up riding these streets and it means everything to know so many of you want to keep them open for the next generation of skaters.

Helmets and traffic rules are totally fair. Banning it entirely is just lazy governance.
Ridiculous to keep trying to ban hills. It's skateboarding not a crime. My son has been skating here for years and knows how to be safe.
Stop banning everything fun. Just let the kids skate and make them follow the rules like everyone else. Makes way more sense.
The city council needs to focus on real problems. This is just petty now.
GIVE THE KIDS A PLACE TO SKATE. Stop wasting our tax money on trying to push them out of town.
