This petition represents the shareholders of Mass Hysteria Entertainment Company Inc. (ticker: MHYS). As of this writing, the company's stock is at ZERO bid. The last formal company press release was nearly 5 months ago, and a letter to shareholders was posted on the company website almost 4 months ago. Ironically, in that letter, Daniel Grodnik had stated that the "CEO is in." We have not heard anything since. Currently, the OTCMarkets website has MHYS listed as SEC Reporting-Delinquent. Investors demand to know why. As shareholders, we demand that our CEO, Daniel Grodnik, no longer remain silent. We demand that Daniel Grodnik keep us informed of our investment on a regular basis via a formal press release or the underutilized company website. We demand that he delivers a formal plan IMMEDIATELY to increase shareholder value and then, most importantly, execute it. We demand only what is reasonable and expected from CEO's of publicly traded companies. We demand to be treated with dignity and respect.

This petition not only represents shareholders of Mass Hysteria Entertainment Company Inc. but ALL investors, both past and present, of publicly traded companies who have felt disenfranchised by the CEOs they once believed in.

We encourage EVERYONE to sign this petition, not just the shareholders of MHYS.
