It is beyond comprehension that a "local businessman" would so blatantly ignore the will of the citizens (expressed so recently) to try and overturn the Rural Reserves designation for speculative development and profit purposes.

There is plenty of light industrial land available in Wilsonville. Do not reward land speculators and convert prime agricultural land south of the Willamette to industrial use.

I have a Subaru Forrester purchased in Oregon City. I had thought about having Wilsonville Subaru service my car in the future. But I will continue to take my car to the Oregon
City dealership

I tried something similar once on land near Aurora. Failed. But then I am not wealthy, just an ordinary citizen. If this goes through it will be obvious why.

Please stop trying to circumvent the land use laws that protect our farmland. This land was EFU when you bought it and it is BULL that you are trying to change it. This is a matter of Homeland Security. We can find alternatives to Saudi oil but if we lose the ability to feed ourselves the consequences will be dire.

Happy Subaru owner who absolutely opposes your efforts to remove the parcel from EFU. I'd love to support Wilsonville Subaru but cannot if this effort persists.
