Preserve the rural character of the land south of the Willamette. Do not alienate your customer base.

Having seen these new car storage lots in Camarillo, CA , they have a strong resemblence to junk yards. Not inh our backyard.

We can't allow commercial development south of the Willamette River which will eventually swallow up prime farm land.

Increase in traffic between Subaru dealership and charbonneau exit is not desirable and already has traffic problems up to Wilsonville exit---this building and ensuing traffic increase the problem

These actions are devious and reflect poorly on the integrity and dignity of your company. Nor do they show respect for our community which has clearly indicated they want to keep commercial development confined to north of the river. People evaluate a company not on what they say, but by watching what they do. Are you really willing to sell out your reputation for this project? People are informed and they will see straight through to the heart of the matter regardless of how much you try to disguise it. Please stop pursing this.
