I don't urge, but rather demand, that Shaquille O'Neal be terminated for his RACISM towards a young man with special needs. After being rather outspoken regardng the most recent incident regarding Mr. Sterling and the NBA, one would think that Mr. O'Neal would be more sensitive to people that are being discriminated against.
