Shannon Quay West Hotel, Ruskey, Co. Leitrim should not be used to house Asylum seekers to the detriment of the village and it's local population.

These people are migrants not refugees. It’s part of Soros Open Borders Foundation and The UN Compact on Global Migration. (UN Agenda 21/30) It’s planned all over Europe to dissolve identity. Chain migration and anchor migrants haven’t even been mentioned yet. X 5/10= 400/800. Then what, I wonder. No information available. This is a disaster for Rousskey and Ireland. Thought we were trying to get rid of direct provision centres.

The citizens of Rooskey did not ask for this and I will not see this be forced onto them.

Not that I totally agree with the wording of this petition, but I do agree that the lack of resources in the area are abominable. It's a tiny country, rural village. Shame, shame, shame on those profiteering from this. These people need to be somewhere there are services not dumped in the middle of nowhere. Put the facilities in place for the community that's there already. Open the hotel as a hotel, bring life to the area. This is a ridiculous thing to do to people. Sell to paradub ltd. Owner won't lose that much by doing the right thing

These centres need shutting down and immigration control needs to be implemented.

Fair enough if building has no other use but another company are willing to reopen the hotel... A much needed boost for a once vibrant town...

Our small village of 500 people could never cope with an extra 84 people from any place in one or two weeks. The infrastructure just isn't there. No doctors, no school places, no transport, no language teacher, no guards.
