Violence of any type should not be tolerated. And violence to a defenseless person is of the worst type.
I sign this petition in order to strengthen the demand for stricter laws to curb heinous and barbaric crimes against women.

This is a big problem. I would put demographic vulnerability as the second largest danger to humanity (first being climate change). I hope there is more we can do than this. Let me know when do you.
