Abuse of innocent children should never be overlooked. Why are we helping these monsters?

There are some things worth fighting for and this is definitely one of them.

Despicable and dishonourable....as someone who served in US Army Special Forces, I don't find this offensive.....I find something much worse....treasonous

As an ex British soldier I am appalled.

Just another example of how the politically correct thought police are facilitating the acceptance of Islam.

This soldier LIVED the SF motto "De oppressors liver" - "To Free the Oppressed". In protecting a child from being raped by an Afghan "ally" he ends up getting kicked out of the Army? WTF? Are we a nation that condones brutalizing children?

I am beyond proud that an American man took it upon himself to bring this horrible truth to light. Child rape is NEVER ok. I do not care if it is due to culture or anything else. We need to stop this from happening. This man is seriously a hero in every way. To discharge him not only does him a disservice, but our country and those children as well!

This soldiers moral compass was spot on and it does discuss me that our leaders go after there own to protect this scum.

Leadership means standing up to wrong and helping those who cannot help themselves.

Why PC is allowed to rule US Military ? Don't we need Military to be 'clear and clean' of politics ? We already had enough 'success' of political leadership in 'Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl controversy'.

This is a shameful spectacle subjugating American (and human) values in favor of Stone Age tribalism. Grow a pair and stand for something, just like SFC Martland did (in the finest traditions of the American military).

This is an atrocity to human rights!! The fact that the US military is not allowed to intervene and even dismissed two of its highly decorated military personnel for trying to protect the boy makes this even more outrageous!!

Thank goodness for soldiers who have humanity, and tried to do something about such horrible atrocities. That the American army would act and treat these soldiers the total opposite of what they should have... Is disgraceful. Wake up world.....
