SFC Matland represents the true meaning of meaning of De Oppresso Liber.

He should be allowed to body slam the people who are trying to force him out

It's a shame to see sin and wickedness being protected and good being punished. It is a really evil world.

I am appalled that this Sargent was not applauded in his actions.. This is a Ridiculous and Ludicrious action on the part of the military. I commend and shall pray for this honourable Sgt. Martland.

I am a retired Vietnam vet. What the REMFs are doing to SFC Martland is a travesty. The people trying to remove SFC Martland should be discharged for cowardness.

This is an atrocity. This story makes me physically repulsed by the way this soldier was treated. He deserved more from us!

This SFC Charles Martland is a hero. He honors us ( the People of the United States of America with his backbone and correct sense of duty and responsibility. His example will lead us to world peace.

I absolutely support SFC Martland. He should be reinstated to full honors.

Sgt.1st Class Martland should be commended for his actions in defending and protecting the helpless. Any decent person should have done the same and should not allow Sgt. Martland to be punished for taking the right actions.
