Justice is saving someone from rape, not condoning it

Please urge the Army to make the right decision, do not release this courageous soldier. He is the best of the best, why would we want him out of the military. Let's stand up for him.

This is a travesty of justice. This man did the right thing and the Army should be supporting him!

I do not believe this Soldier should be forced out of his career. They addressed a complaint made to them about a crime that had taken place by someone my tax dollars were used to train. We tell our military personnel to stand up against sex crimes committed & report them. This soldier did that & now others are trying to end his career, it's sad in the civilian world our laws protect criminals more than their victims - this should NOT be the case here.

Our leaders in Washington need to maintain the same high standards the Military does. They are slipping and this situation makes that very obvious.

SFC Marland Should not be kicked, QMPed from the military. The sad fact of today's military is that they Commands that soldiers fall under, don't support their soldiers. SFC Martland should have never received a Relief for Cause NCOER, she should have been better mentored and guided by his Leadership and Command over how to better hand the rape and beating of a 14 year old afghan boy and the beating of his Mother. I ask why wasn't or hasn't his higher Chain of Command been investigated over this? The hill goes both ways in my opinion.

It's a sad day when soldiers are kicked out for dealing with violent criminals in their AO.

Unbelievable how our government and military could be filled with so many cowards who buckle to political correctness. Martland should be commended for his actions not disciplined.

This man is a hero and should be recognized for taking the right action rather than disgraced. Reverse this unjust decision and honor the character that SFC Martland has demonstrated.
