Seriously? This man is being forced to resign because he protected a 12 year-old boy from being raped? You know what raping a young man is don't you? It's called sodomy. You would rather this representative of the United States of America turn his head? Ignore this situation? What the heck has our military come to? I don't know what political game the higher ups in the U.S. Army is playing, all I know is it needs to stop and stop NOW! Apparently the U.S. Army no longer wants proven moral fiber, integrity or courage in their ranks. This is NOT the U.S. Army I want representing me or the United States of America. Pull your heads out of your behinds!!

This soldier needs your support. Standing up for what's right is what he did and you cannot punish anyone for saving someone.

SFC Martland deserves recognition not to be dismissed from the US Army. Senior Leadership, needs to remember that they are supposed to be leaders NOT politicians.

He did the right thing. The Army needs to reinstate and expunge his record.

because he would have then broken the law and ended up like my good good friend Don Ayala: http://www.nbcnews.com/id/30645926/ns/world_news-south_and_central_asia/t/american-gets-probation-revenge-killing/

I fully support SFC Martland and demand that congress stops the retribution against him and all soldiers serving and protecting our rights while theirs are constantly being stomped on.

This is an outrage and must be made right immediately! What has happened to the moral fiber of our country , when our military are not allowed to do the right thing, without being punished?? Disgraceful!!
