This is absolutely wrong. He must not be dismissed for having the courage of his convictions.

This man is a decorated hero! It's disgraceful that our government would do this to him for defending another person. Isn't that what we train our men & women to do? To stand up & fight for those too weak to do so themselves?

SFC Charles Martland is a hero and should be allowed to continue to serve his country. He makes me proud to be and American.

SFC Martland is being railroaded for doing the right thing. I have already written my congressman, Doug Lamborn, but hope this adds to the effort to get justice for SFC Martland!.

This man and his actions, represent what is good, not just about the U.S. army, but about our nation. At all cost, this soldier should be able to continue in his present station, as an example to others.

If this presentation is basically true , this soldier should be restored to duty.

In the US we put people who only look at child porn in jail for years. In every country child rape is wrong. Yet in this case the hero is being persecuted. Do you see what's wrong with this picture? Do not ruin this man's career because he stood up for what was right.

Treat this soldier as a true American hero serving our country.

This is typical of this administration and is at best criminal. Certainly, if all of the facts are accurate as presented, the word treason comes to mind.

Just another example of our Commander In Chief not supporting his Country's own military. Disgusting.

It's really sad that our military allows someone to be discharged because he has morals, at least he didn't kill the sick perverted sub human. If it was one of our military personal who did such a despicable thing he would have been murdered right then and now. The people in charge of our military, and I'm not talking about Obama, need to finally grow a pair and start standing behind their men and women in the military, STOP treating these sick and perverted people with kid gloves.

How low have we sunk as a nation, that we punish those that deserve honor, and turn a blind eye on those that should be punished?
