It shows a lack of moral fiber to fire a Marine who was defending a boy who was raped and a mother who was beaten from an uncaring police commander in Afghanistan. This only reinforces the idea that the President shows an open hostility towards the military. Secretary of Defense should personally speak to our President and remind him who has protected our country for its lifetime. The President's personal feelings aside this Marine doesn't deserve to be severed from the military. There should be more of them.

I am outraged. We need to defend and support these soldiers for being men of honor and integrity. Praying for a President who will support our troops. I am ashamed of our current administration. January 2017 can't come soon enough.

This is TERRIBLE to the max that our soldiers can not protect or defend those not capable to themselves. Our country needs to let our men be men of honor for everyone even if it means to push someone to the ground. They didn't beat him to a pulp or kick him, can't understand the PC that is going on.

I have had the privilege to work day to day with Charles for over 2 years. In that time I have watched him uphold the highest standard of what a Green Beret ought to be. I was with him all day on February 27th 2010 and witnessed first hand the valor which won him the silver star. This is not a man we run out of the community. This is the man we should be cloning.
