This man must not be forced out of our military. He is a Hero that should be rewarded for the stand he took against a horrible man who would rape a child and beat his mother. Why was this man not place on trial for such an inhuman act instead of our brave Green Beret. Please do all you can to stop this injustice.

I honor all those who have served and who currently serve, but I question the motives of those in command who would punish a hero from the life and family of his beloved Army for standing up for two people (a child and a mother) who could not stand up for themselves. This soldier should be promoted and the cretins around the world who prey on the defenseless should know that America will punish such animals at every opportunity. God Bless the U.S. Army and SFC Martland, and may God open the minds of those who seek to make an example of SFC Martland for all the wrong reasons.

QMP is the Army's way of reducing numbers. Someone can give 17 years of dedicated service and have 1 bad mark and not be allowed to retire at what would be 20 years. 17 years of deployments, training, schools, missed holidays, family milestones and bam your done. So sad. Good Luck SFC

I condemn the actions of our terrorist in chief. Pulling the meadia away from something as important as this. That proud warrior should be promoted and given another medal. And anyone involved in the smear campaign against him should themselves be removed from duty.
