Anyone with a brain would see SFC did what any civilized person would have done. If had been your child you'd do the same.

Cease and desist your discharge of SFC Martland. We the American people are done with the PC throat-ramming of this administration and its effect on our military heroes. We do not approve of "Tea Boys" and the "men" who make use of them, We do not approve of men who beat women and harm children in any fashion. When our representatives, governmental, or military encounter such depravity, we DEMAND that OUR morals and ethics be displayed. SFC Martland did just that. He represented the USA exactly as we would have him do. Start acting like leader of men with values, morals, honor and backbone. You are our warriors, we need you now more than ever. So, take off your "mom jeans" and act like men again. Or have you forgotten how?

Thank you for all that you have done and may we rid our military of this childish politically correct bull.... that we are doing and return to when we were strong and could care less about things like this. I, Kathi Mattox, support the statement that U.S. Army Green Beret SFC Charles Martland not be “involuntarily separated” from the U.S. Army on November 1, 2015. We demand his retention and his personnel records expunged of any negative report related to his actions in defending a little Afghan boy and his mother.
We also demand that SFC Martland be immediately promoted to Master Sergeant and allowed to continue his impeccable service as an elite Army warrior.
