Allow the SFC to continue to serve. Defense of another is an affirmative defense and absolute bar against any charge leveled against this soldier.

This honorable man should be allowed to continue in his career which he has so proudly done in the past. I would think that you would want men who have honor protecting your family and yourself. I know I do.
