This hero has already gone above and beyond his duty, simply by wearing the uniform for and in defence of his nation. Most recently, this man exemplified his selflessness when stepped in to render assistance to a stranger. Not only should he be recognized for his actions. But he should absolutely be granted the ability to continue his military career.

SFC Charles Martland is obviously an honorable and strong man. His job is to protect and defend, and that's exactly what he did. There is NO EXCUSE for charges being brought against this man. None.
