We wonder why our country is full of selfish un caring people because we punish those who try to do right, who is going to want to defend us if we fail to defend them even in the smallest way!! Oboma and top comand keep failing our service members!!

I am a disabled Desert Storm Navy Vet. THIS is a bunch of garbage!!! I understand the UCMJ. I also understand what it right. This is another case of politics in our military. Senior officers seem to be above the law (much like our politicians today). If this happened to your son, would you want someone to fight for him??? Or would you want it to be swept under the rug like what has been done so many times before? It seems like there 2 sets of rules in the military. 1 for officers, and the other for lowly enlisted people. I remember pulling into a port and getting a copy of the "red light" district with strict orders to stay away from there. Anyone caught there will be article 32. Later as out duty van was driving through there, we found half our officers there. This was many times!!! So is this gonna be another pathetic case of worship our officers, and disgrace our enlisted???? Whoever stands against this young man deserves life in prison with hard labor! This young man deserves a medal and promotion!!! Stop playing favorites and fix this the right way!!!!!

This is America, has been and always will be, despite those who have tried to bring it down, and our soldiers are the finest in the world, and this man is just an example of what fine men they are, and to display this sort of injustice towards him or any American who does the right thing,deserves a rebuke. I am a Natural Born Citizen of this country, and i adamantly am displaying my right to speak up against this charge.
