It's a shame we have to even consider signing a petition since SFC Charles Martland intentions and actions were totally righteous.
We need to discharge whoever relieved him if duty.

This soilder was doing his duty. He was defending someone who couldn't defend themself. He I thought we were over to help the people, but if this is what happens when we are helping, I am beginning to think maybe we are there for others reasons. This soilder would have only committed a crime if he chose to do nothing.

Congressman Hunter: SFC Charles Martland is an outstanding Green Beret! He is an American hero! He saved the little boy from further indecent acts by this horrible policeman, that is supposed to protect his people - that includes children! He should be upheld with honor not dismissal from his United States service! Please do the correct action of honoring SFC Charles Martland for his brave action in this matter, not what the Obama Administration is telling you to do! Stand up for SFC Charles Martland!!

This man is one of our best and has sacrificed much for our country - and YOU. It is despicable to treat him like this. It is because of his intrinsic honor and beliefs that he reacted to the perpetrator the way he did.
