SFC Charles Martland, doesn't deserve being prosecuted by his own country for defending abuse of helpless people. That is what was instilled in him by his training and dedication to his country and to humanity.

Good soldiers are not appreciated! They lay their life on the line for us and the pencil pushers sitting behind a desk want to do this to him!! Totally not fair, they need to go into combat for a day then see how they feel! They'd be handing out medals instead of taking this hard earned position away.
