There is no legitimacy for releasing this soldier. He was fulfilling his oath to defend those that can not defend themselves. More should show his courage and devotion.

As far as I'm concerned, he did absolutely nothing wrong. This country is becoming a nation of wimps. Its leaders seem far worse! It's time to stand for something again.

We shouldn't punish someone who comes to the aid of an innocent victim. Our military was sent over there to help and protect.
