It's embarrassing for our nation that our leaders in our government allow someone as honorable as this man to have to go through this when all he was doing was protecting a mother and a child! Didn't we send our military over there to train AND protect! Reinstate him!

I expected better from top leadership of the Army. As a spouse of a Ret. U.S. Air Force E-9. I'm aware that there are many steps to remove someone from the military, he should be allowed a formal IG investigation into the mark on his record. I hope this petition brings awareness to the slick maneuvering of lesser individuals looking for a cheep reason to separate a good soldier. Good Luck SFC Martland.

We need more people willing to defend the innocent from rapist. Do not punish him for doing what is right! Give this honorable man his job and clear his record for any negative remarks from this act

Dear Rep. Hunter, I urge you to work on behalf of SFC Charles Martland who is being forced out of the active army because he has strong morals and ethics, saw an injustice and stopped it. Please work on his behalf.
