SFC Charles Martland should have been rewarded protecting the innocent boy and his mother. Our country is protecting the criminals rather the the one who is a protector. Loosing his position in the Green Beret is a great loss. This is the opposite that we America is stand for. He needs to get his position back. The moral of the military is already compromised enough.

It would be an abomination of justice and travesty if SFC Charles Martland is to be dismissed from his position. He acted with courage, compassion and responded at the right time and at the right place without hesitation to save the victim. If he is to be convicted like a criminal for saving a life, then it just confirms that our justice system is terribly flawed and Congress is corrupt and they should be ashamed of themselves for advocating crime.

This can not stand, I'm sick of the treatment of our military people in and out of war zone's, by the upper command's in every branch of the service's. Pretty soon we will be a country without any service members esther because they were discharged out or they just will not join, and forget the draft that won't work either ... Canada and Mexico !!!

It is totally disgraceful what you are doing to this fine soldier. Do the right thing and let him finish his time. PRESIDENT OBAMA give this soldier a damn medal. I would have done the same thing.
