This is a man of honor with a moral mind and soul. He should not be released but held up with respect. Do your Job and stand up for him and the people he protects.

It is United States Army tradition that this phrase in Latin is considered to mean "to free from oppression" or "to liberate the oppressed". This outstanding NCO has lived up to this motto but now some politically connected senior army officers are trying to punish him?
I know that this country is in a mess but this is something evil and must be stopped by what ever means necessary. I hope my vote on this matters for he is a brother soldier and is most undeserving of this treatment.
Drive on Sargent, drive on!

This man is a hero... who stood up for a helpless youth. That is what America does, what Americans do. The American spirit that liberated Europe and the world.

Standing up for an innocent 12 year old boy and his mother is NOT a crime! It is an act of extreme justified heroism to let the bully know in a way he can understand that he may not abuse children under the watch of our United States military members. Period. Fix this outrage in the name of all that is right and decent, for one day you too will stand before the Great Eternal Judge and answer for your decisions in this matter.
This soldier should not be going through this.

This man should be getting a medal for bravery.
It's time way past time for some common sense.
