I respectfully ask that SFC Charles Marrland not be discharged from the army. He tried to protect a rape victim. Because that person was a member of the Afgan party, does not say he is above being taken to task for his evil deeds.

I support this Green Beret and the right for him to continue his career and service to our country. I'm against the decision to punish him for acting to a horrible situation and saving the subject and situation in which they found themselves. I also disagree with the thought process the authority used to determine that this was a dishonorable act.
