This is silly. Je should in noway be in trouble.

If you have moral integrity, you are unfit to serve under our puppet/president.

This is a glaring example of the disintegration of the moral fiber of our nation. Unfortunately we see it every day and this fine man is clearly a casualty of it.

God Bless you SFC Charles Martland. We are behind you and act with our signatures and prayers on your behalf.

This man shoud be given an award for his bravery, not punished for doing the RIGHT thing!

All throughout my 46 yrs of life, I have been taught to protect women and children from those who would harm them. When I held up my hand & took the oath to enlist in the Navy on 5 November 1987, the officer administering that oath even spoke of our military's purpose of protecting those around the world from their would be oppressors. Once again, when I was in my Hospital Corpsman A School at the Naval School of Health Sciences at the Balboa Naval Hospital base, we were repeatedly reminded of that mission....Now, over 25 yrs later, has the US Army decided that protecting women and children is cause for disciplinary action & removal from military service??? If so, then the current US Army does not represent what America stands for, and the Secretary of the Army & Army Chief of Staff should resign and be replaced with individuals who still remember what it is that American military members are supposed to do, and reward them for doing so instead of punishing them for it. As a veteran & as a proud American patriot, I am disgusted and saddened to know that a combat decorated Special Forces NCO is being forced out for doing what we Americans are taught to do from birth. Shame on you, sir(s). You have no business holding your office(s). SHAME!!!

Respect the brave moral act by this man or be prepared to receive the indignation of an already angry nation!

This is a mans, man. A stand up guy. Why let the child molester and women beater go, he'll do it again. This Sgt deserves our thanks for standing up for children and women. I would be honored to shake his hand.

I cannot believe this. The US army is going to destroy any remaining faith in the justification of its presensce in this country where it should not be anyway... Solidarity with Charles Martland and his decency.

This gentleman is what this country needs more of!

Let him remain with honor.

This man is an asset to this country and the armed forces. Kicking him out now after all he has done and can do for something that had to be done is wrong! We push the strong out and keep the week minded.

SFC Charles Martland should be allowed to continue his career and service our nation.

This should not ever happen to any military person who stands for anybody's human rights!

It sickens me to think that our servicemen are punished for doing right!

As on if the The 3% of US citizens who volunteer to defended the defenceless aming 100% of us and anywhere in the world should this hero should should not be relieved of duty for touching up a child rapist. There is something very wrong with our military when they don't have his back.

Stand by OUR men for a change. Our ROE's today are incredibly stupid. You stand up for a child rapist and not an American warrior. Shameful

It is sad that our government would rather stand with the crimes of other nations rather than the heroes of ours.

God help America. What is this country coming to. Who in the world is letting this happen to the good guys helping to protect us.
