This man is a hero ! He should be rewarded for not being able to allow the horrible assault to continue! If this country and our government doesn't support him. They should retire him as a war hero. With a 10 million dollar retirement ! As a taxpayer I support his benefiting from his actions and thank him for his sacrifice and service to my country!

Please don't let this soldier be punished. He is the good guy. He did what was right. Use common sense in this matter. The piece of crap he reprimanded is who should be punished. That is what should be changed. We need to change their ways.

I am in the USAF. I cannot stand idly by while one of my miltary brothers is done wrong because we are worried about being politically correct to a country we are at war with. Instead of upholding what is fundamentally right. It's a farce and it needs to be fixed. You do not let something wrong no matter what go unpunished. And punish one of our best military assets for doing what's right. In reality the ass hole that did that should have been shot. The marine held back. He could have really given that woman beater and child molester what he deserved and beat him to a pulp. But guess if he did that with this backward ass system we have now he would have gotten an article 15 and court martial.
