Once again oblama is punishing the the hero and and rewarding the sadistic criminal. Restore Charles Martland to his military position and if anything; promote him.

We need to take care of our hero's. We need to keep our good soldiers and not let this admin replace our good soldiers with their puppets who are out to destroy our military.

Don't disgrace the Man for doing what anyone of us would do without hesitation. Doing what's right should not be punished.

Bravo to him for having morals and defending a child and mother against a predator.

Leave this hero alone and don't screw up his career and valuable experience because of some twisted thinking of the law. The law is for criminals, NOT BRAVE AND RIGHTEOUS HEROS!!!!

Since when is it not the duty of a member of the Green Beret's to come to the aid of a victim?

How about we let a little common sense prevail. Lets do what your Dad would do and decorate the man.

Given the known facts, this is senseless. The Army should explain why they are taking this action.

Special Forces soldiers are expensive to train and maintain. Do the right thing.

This Senior NCO should commended! His conduct was highly ethical! Keep this true warrior on Active Duty and immediately promote! Additionally, have his federal records expunged of this disreputable action.
