This man is a hero, and it's appalling that he should be discharged for confronting a child rapist. His superiors should be fighting to stop his discharge, not bending to the will of a president who hates America and our military.

The Secretary of defense needs to investigate this and get to the facts. Anyone with an ounce of dignity if the facts are as presented regardless of rules or regulations common sense should override and this Green Beret should be reinstated and honored for carrying out the highest ideals of the Legion and the United States of America
