This shit is sick and disturbing. To here that one of out soldiers that are trained to protect and serve there country. Are now being punished for exactly what they were trained to do this country use to stand for something. Sad to say now we are quickly becoming a joke and if something don't change quick we will walked on by everyone we thank it's bad now we haven't seen shit ..as this is just my out look on what I see with all that is happening around us these days

I have read enough about this case to know that SFC Charles Martland deserves a commendation from the military for the moral stand he took on behalf of the young Afghan boy and his Mom. In no way should he be relieved of his duties in such a disrespectful manner.

I request that SFC Charles Martland be reinstated to his post. I understand that corrupt police can do whatever they want with civilians with little recourse and that should not be allowed. A program for detaining corrupt civilian police should be in place or implemented immediately to identify and punish criminals that are put into positions where they have authority to abuse civilians and commit crimes against children. The US Military should be known as a defender of the defenseless...not as a protector of criminals.

SFC Martland is a hero. This soldier should not be considered under the QMP resulting in involuntary separation. Certainly Sec Def Ash Carter can see the situation that a soldier would react to such a heinous act that the Afgan. Police commander commited . SFC Charles Martland I commend you. And Thank You for your service.
