While not a consideration within the military standards, the UN Declaration of Human Rights does not preserve any right to sexual assault cultural norm or not. In fact the ICC prosecutes rapists. SFC Martland chose the hard right over the easy wrong. The board should recognize the fact and act accordingly.

We expect, no, we demand that our service men and women have and show honesty and morals, but when a fine Green Beret soldier such as SFC Charles Martland displays those American attributes, our powers to be persecutes him over the feelings of host nation wickedness/people.
This is wrong on so many levels for top military brass to sacrifice our own, it makes me ill that the Army that I served for 21 years is so politically correct that they lose sight of right and wrong or worse yet, top Army brass do not know the difference between right and wrong.

Go after the Afghanis and leave this soldier alone!!! Cut off all financial, equipment and training support now. This is criminal what is being allowed to happen to the women and children over there; then to kick out the only one defending what's right. Disgraceful.
