Petition Press Charges on Child Abusers I propose that the justice system has to press criminal charges in child sexual abuse cases where they are founded (proven). Currently there is no law in place, and many cases are not tried criminally. Which means the person who has been proven of sexual abuse will not be publicly placed on a registry. We need to make sure we do everything in our power to protect every ones children from child abusers. This act would be similar to the domestic violence laws we currently have in place. Where the state automatically presses charges. If you believe that our justice systems should be pressing criminal charges on all child sexual abusers when there is evidence to prove the abuse and the case is proven by DHS please sign below, so we can let our elected officials know we want them to enforce the laws and press charges against sexual predators.
