Sexual harassment is not a joke or a mistake. It is a serious crime especially if it is a pattern of behaviour.

Another chance? Warda has committed a crime, it's not like failing in a math exam.
Warda should be trialled, punished, and he should apologize to those women harrassed.
Wearing some exposing clothes doesn't justify sexual harrassment. Chatting with someone (publically or privately) doesn't justify verbal harassment.
Only harasser sympathize with another harasser.
