No excuses are to be made! That is the issue that we have been battling. Always give them a second chance! There is no second chance to eliminate hurt and fear impacting women who have to undergo these assaults! I believe that Mo Salah has a good point as to educate and treat harassers as to address underlying issues but all harassers must be held accountable to have a hope for a change!
