This is a petition to protect those "accused" of a sexual violation who only made a one time offense. This is to make sure the truly high risk offenders remain on the list but that the offenders who made a mistake, just once, due to misleading or consensual sex of a so called victim. This is not to excuse the offenders judgment, this is to protect them from any prejudice with their names being on the list when they are truly NOT a threat to society. Please sign this petition so that those who have been charged unfairly, due to the law, can have a chance to put this behind them and have a family, children, and a life they deserve and not be humiliated by having their names and pictures posted online as a sex offender.  Thank you.
