There needs to be a treatment facility that’s secluded and is this not breaching the law in the first place as it must be away from schools

Sex offenders will or can never be rehabilitated. It's a known fact.. it's like a smoker or a drinker... they will always have cravings and when the right opportunity comes along do it again. It should be in a mens prison on maybe in the affluent areas of this dopes that pass it. Ffs it a time bomb waiting to happen. We need to protect our kids and the vunruble people in our area.
