Very upset about this decision. If we are going to house them, they need to be in houses away from others. Others with children should not have to live in fear of their own neighbors who are convicted felons and are still “serving time”....what a nightmare! I plan on making a call to Rock County as well tomorrow.

This is not ok! We jeed to protect children not put them at risk!!! If something happens to these children its on the people who allowed him to reside there and they should be prosecuted for endangering a child! Its quite disheartening that a sex offender has more rights than most people when they have damaged someones life that some will never get over or be able to over come!

I am a childhood Sexual Assault Survivor. This is a terrible decision. Putting these neighborhood children at risk by a multiple offender with mental illness, very unprofessional, uncaring for those in charge.

They could at least put some work into placing sex offenders. You don't place them between people with kids.. WTH is wrong with people

The state should be purchasing house in the country, in city limits there are children everywhere!
