We the Advanced Social Work Policy class, are writing this petition to advocate for the right for elderly residents in nursing home to have sexual relationships. Our goal is to implement new policies that inform nursing home staff and faculty on the sexual desires of the residents. To enforce the residents right that allows competent elderly members of a nursing home to engage in sexual activity in a safe manner and environment.
