We, the undersigned, ask the ICQ and QIP to add this ( http://www.musicforums.ru/flood/images/smiles/7.gif )smile in the following version of their programms , because this smile is genious one. It performes a great variety of emotions. It can say "Dude, this sucks deep as hell" , it can also say "OMG, WTF" etc. And, by the way, it is funny.
