Surah Al-Hajj, verses 39-40:
“Permission [to fight] has been given to those who are being fought, because they were wronged. And indeed, Allah is competent to give them victory. [They are] those who have been evicted from their homes without right - only because they say, ‘Our Lord is Allah.’” (Surah Al-Hajj, 22:39-40); These verses emphasize that we are permitted to defend ourselves and fight against oppression when we are wronged. Therefore, it is our duty to act and protect Muslims from ongoing threats.
We urge you, the Islamic leaders, to unite and take immediate action to protect Muslims from genocidal enemies. May Allah SWT grant you the strength and wisdom to fulfill this responsibility.
