Service Personnels should be allowed to cancel the contract(phone ,broadband and TV)without termination fee when they no longer get those services.

I don't understand why terms and conditions are for business purpose only which no one reads!!! People accept them to get anything they need from different service providers . They take charge hell a lot amount of money as an early termination fee even though they no longer provide the service!!! Why??? Do you think it is fair??
For service personells, some offer some discount in the beginning but don't help cancel the contract when the service Personnels want to as they get posted or have no longer access to those services.
