With this Administration failure to implement chapter 7 152(1) of the constitution of the Republic of South Africa, I believe We need Skilled, knowledgeable and ability individuals to run our local municipality.

*Public and private transportations become victims of their roads
*Water it's now diluted to some new mayor s recipient.
