Property tax and all the home maintenance costs and it looks like we're all getting less for contributing more

We have had environmental health out they basically told us we need to make noise about the situation anyway we Can! I've been onto papers, talk shows, nobody seems to want to help ! And builder is not answering any of our calls we are all ringing and messaging him daily with no reply.
