I believe this man to be innocent. Blood under a fingernail? Is that not important? How do we know that Jennings wasn't threatened or his family threatened by the real killer or killers? 2 hung juries? The legal system becomes a farce when reasonable doubt is no longer reasonable, but convictions at any cost, including a mans freedom are.

How Jennings could be tried let alone convicted defies logic. None of the facts or evidence point to him. This patriot, husband, and father was convicted of murder and sentenced to imrisonment for the rest of his natural life based off of his interviews- during which I heard nothing that implicated him. Tragic. This is not justice for the victim. Somewhere the real murderer is laughing because he got away with it and he police are so adamant to blame Jennings that they made it quite easy.

I don't believe he did it. If it were in a different venue it would have been another hung jury. It was taken place where they knew of the case, so he was not able to fair trial.

On his second night of working the lot he calls his supervisor in less than five minutes of hearing gun shots with no gun residue or blood on him and no time to get rid of his gun and her cell phone. She never changed close with no time to attend class. Please!
