Hey students, I hope everyone is doing great and taking care of their mental health during this stressful time of the year. I'm pleased to announce that I'm running to be your 2L Dual JD Class President and I'd really appreciate it if you could help me get to 25 signatures!

1L has been a huge learning experience for all of us and it's important that we learn from our experiences and implement the necessary changes to have an even better year in 2L! Over the course of the past year, accommodating student needs has been our biggest priority. As your advocates, we constantly pushed to facilitate the highest level of flexibility for both online and in-person students. We went over and beyond in demanding both hybrid and in-person lecture options to cater to everyone's circumstances. We facilitated various student feedback mediums to ensure that everyone's concerns and voices are heard through monthly held town halls and other communication channels. We fought for better accessibility of resources and we made sure to throw a little bit of fun in there for everyone with planned events and Dual JD merch that's on the way!

Next year, we will be focusing on taking our community involvement to the next level by further unifying the student body and maximizing the availability of resources to different students with different needs, especially with the transition to a fully in-person new year.
