Separate Designated Study and Computer Areas

The new Webster University Vienna campus has a joint library and computer lab. The number of computers is less than before, an irrational choice considering the increase of enrollments was a primary reason for the new campus.
The new learning centre is crowded because of its small size, and impedes communication between students because of library guidelines. The 4 project rooms are an unrealistic solution for a Private University.
Accessibility to computers has been restricted by a large extent since the opening hours have been accustomed to that of a library. It is impractical to have classes starting at 8:30 a.m. or 9:00 a.m. with a closed computer lab.
We, the undersigned, find the new learning centre as an inefficient undertaking. We agree with all the above statements and demand pragmatic solutions. There appears to be more room for faculty than for students. We want proportionality and respect for our effort and initiative to study.
